Living in Love or Fear: Your Choice Determines Your Destiny

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

"Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears." ~Les Brown

"Fear is static that prevents me from hearing myself."  ~Samuel Butler

"He who fears something gives it power over him."  ~Moorish Proverb

"Love is a force more formidable than any other. It is invisible - it cannot be seen or measured, yet it is powerful enough to transform you in a moment, and offer you more joy than any material possession could."
~Barbara de Angelis

"A loving heart is the beginning of all knowledge."
~Thomas Carlyle
"If you could only love enough, you could be the most powerful person in the world." ~Emmet Fox

Please take a few minutes to consider the plot of choice presented in the video,

2012 - The Revolution Has Begun

“If you want to reach a state of bliss, then go beyond your ego and the internal dialogue. Make a decision to relinquish the need to control, the need to be approved, and the need to judge. Those are the three things the ego is doing all the time. It's very important to be aware of them every time they come up." ~Deepak Chopra

The ego is often aligned with fear of loss and as such may become a hindrance to accessing the power of unconditional love. When you are locked in to a state where your fears are dominating your thoughts you are more likely to respond to the fear in the situation and not the potential expansion offered by unconditional love.

"The ego is your enemy, not your friend. It is the ego that gives you wounds and hurts you. It is the ego that makes you violent, angry, jealous, competitive. It is the ego that is continuously comparing and feeling miserable." - Osho
Let's now take a few minutes to view the next video by Eckhart Tolle, Are Thoughts The Source of Ego?

Free-will, is your gift of choice; to focus upon what is fear-based closes you to opportunity and to focus upon unconditional love opens you to opportunity to expand far beyond your previous self-imposed limits.
When Tolle explains that 'ego' is conditioned by the past that begs the question: what experiences of your past are coloring your current world experience?

Please take a few minutes now to jot down what your current awareness shows you are thoughts that are based in fear belief.

Free-will allows you to chose those fear-based biased beliefs or substitute supportive, loving and nurturing thoughts that offer you greater freedom of action; those thoughts with a foundation in unconditional love.

"To end the misery that has afflicted the human condition for thousands of years, you have to start with yourself and take responsibility for you inner state at any given moment. That means now."
~Eckhart Tolle

"There is no such thing as an idle thought. All thought creates form on some level. Every thought leads to either love or fear."
~A Course in Miracles

Are you still locked into a fear-based philosophy or are you opening to the healing and empowerment offered through unconditional love? With Free-will the choice is always yours to make. Your results, in life, are forged either through love or fear. Fear-based thoughts separate and loving thoughts unite.

"Wouldn’t it be powerful if you fell in love with yourself so deeply that you would do just about anything if you knew it would make you happy? This is precisely how much life loves you and wants you to nurture yourself. The deeper you love yourself, the more the universe will affirm your worth. They you can enjoy a lifelong love affair that brings you the richest fulfillment from inside out."
~Alan Cohen
