This Extraordinary Thing Called Love - Heart-Centered Living

Good day, my beautiful friend.  Thanks for engaging with me as we continue along with our series; This Extraordinary Thing Called Love.  For this session, we will focus upon the idea of living a heart-centered life and the benefits to you from this potential empowering choice.

"Wheresoever you go, go with all your heart." ~Confucius

"What your heart thinks is great, is great. The soul's emphasis is always right." ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

"When our eyes see our hands doing the work of our hearts, the circle of Creation is completed inside us, the doors of our souls fly open, and love steps forth to heal everything in sight." ~Michael Bridge

In order for this post to provide our needed mental model for this dialog I offer you a most powerful video by Toni Elizabeth Sar'hy

Your Heart Field IS Your Life

"It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye."
~Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Yes, so true; the heart is a sensing/feeling center. It's alignment with the core of the heart of the Universe is connected vibrationally. Through our understanding of the law of Oneness we see:

"All things share the same breath - the beast, the tree, the man, the air shares its spirit with all the life it supports."~Chief Seattle

Before most of us make a decision, we typically collect information upon which to weigh our choices against our core values to observe the fit; the alignment.
In order to work within that context; here are some genuine benefits of aligning your awareness and focus with a heart-centered world model:
  • Aides one's ability to focus upon the present moment.
  • Enhances balance in all relationships; especially with oneself.
  • Affords greater alignment with vibrant health and well-being.
  • Helps one handle stressful situations without fault-finding or mental projection by the ego-mind.
  • Improved ability to release negative-judgment from your mental model.
  • Development of greater empathy for self and others; all of life.
  • Expand and enhance one's alignment with love-energy.

Please take a break to refresh and enjoy this beautiful video as you contemplate your insights from today's video; Your Heart Field is Your Choice and the benefits for you in aligning with the power of your Heart Center.

What new choices will you be making to align with heart-centered living, if any?

How will you begin treating yourself differently; what heart-centered beliefs will you substitute for those fear-based ones that are holding you back?

  1. Sacred...scared...a mere transposing of a letter can change the whole meaning of a word or feeling...we hold one dear and the other one fear...when the heart is centered, when it allows love and treats it with a sacred glow, like a treasure, then there is not measure,no limits, but when one is scared or hesitant to grow in knowing that this love opens the door to so many attibutes and traits we want to acquire, well then it is easy to see, there is no room to be scared...and in gaining your alignment and balance, you open yourself up to inviting further insight, inciting you to healing, energy and love filled results to the life you want to embrace, never scared, never afraid to go beyond that which you have thought possible...it is there for the asking and taking...
