Welcome to Insight Inciting Change

Meaning: “I bow to the divine in you.” Namaste is a traditional Indian greeting of respect and thank you, with spiritual and symbol meaning. This is done with your palms pressed together in the middle of your forehead (third eye) or at your heart, and lightly bow your head and shoulders.

My blog is about respect for one another and for insightful process. Merriam-Webster defines insight as,
"the act or result of apprehending the inner nature of things or of seeing intuitively."

Respect for and gaining understanding of the nature of things is at the core of this endeavor to enlighten each of us through sharing of points-of-view and collaborative dialog.

Discovering your truth within our current world paradigm is quite a daunting task with so many politically and economically motivated groups seeking to dominate the communication landscape.

These agenda-based groups are constantly bombarding each of us with powerful; mostly fear-based messages designed to manipulate our thoughts, feelings and behaviors to comport with their particular agenda.

If we are motivated by fear we are much more easily manipulated and used to further these agenda's that are not respectful of individual needs and desires.

If fear-based beliefs form the cornerstone of our individual mental models then we are often imprisoned by and held captive by beliefs that dis-empower us; beliefs that tend to hide the true nature of things from a perspective that is light or truth enabled.

"Fear always springs from ignorance."  ~ Emerson

What is the way out of the clutches of fear-based belief? How may I move beyond the almost addiction to the control that fear-based beliefs hold in my life?

"The wise man in the storm prays God, not for safety from danger, but for deliverance from fear."
  ~Ralph Waldo Emerson

Light is an illumination that shows us the way to truth. When we are focused upon fear that blocks our perception of the 'light of truth' from making us aware that right action is the way out.

When we are focused upon fear; we hold on tight to what that fear represents and either misread or lack awareness of our options for being released from the ugly grip of fear.

Releasing or letting go is the true way to grow beyond the grip of fear. When we let go we let in the light of truth to counsel us regarding the best way to act; in any given situation.

Please relax and take a few minutes to savor the video below; let it engage your thoughts and emotions concerning the release of crippling fear-based belief.

What insights did you become aware of and what actions, if any, will you now be incited to take when faced with fear? Letting go keeps you in the flow of source energy!

  1. I googled "letting go quotes" and it brought me here! LOVE it! LOVE the video! I am so at this point...the beginning of my letting go journey. The Indigo Girls sing in "Least Complicated" that "I let everything go. It seemed the only truth." Please, Please! Be my friend, Dave! <3 :-)
